Terms
Minimum order is $150 for new accounts. Established clients minimum order is $50.
Initial orders can be Visa, MasterCard or sent COD (cash or certified cheque). Within Canada, delivery is usually by Canpar or Canada Post (Xpedited). We ship FedEX in the USA.  

When An Item Has Variations 
Our rings range from sizes 5 to 15, depending on the ring model. When purchasing filled displays, we attempt to choose a range of styles and sizes. If you prefer not to order specific sizes, we will send a balanced selection of sizes. If you specify sizes, we will send the sizes ordered, unless by chance we are out of stock and then we will supply the closest size to it.  This follows for other variations, like colour.  If however, we are out of the colour you have specified, we will give an equally good selling alternative.  If you do not want substitutes, please specify this on your fax or email, or let your customer service representative know this.  You can also mark the item as S/O, meaning Special Order.  In this case, no substitute would be given.
